VISION
To be a Centre of technical education in electronics & electronic communication to provide excellent technical resources to create technocrats for the well-being of society..
MISSION
To educate the scholars of electronics & communication engineering stream with well-defined and rigorously structured curriculum and well equipped laboratories to meet the growing challenges of the Industry.
DEPARTMENT GOAL
Promoting scholars towards research through constant interaction with research organizations and Industries..
ABOUT DEPARTMENT
Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering is a dynamic and exciting area that provides excellent career opportunities in various areas of technology. The department faculties are committed to teach our students the fundamental concepts and the latest trends via smart teaching and learning process. The students are also taught with critical thinking and problem-solving skills. In addition to classroom teaching, the students are guided and motivated to practically implement the principles learnt in classrooms through experimentations in the laboratories and through E-Club [Electronic Club].
HOD MESSAGE
Welcome to Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
Welcome to the Department of Electronic and Telecommunication
Engineering. Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering
department is established in 2010, is one of the most dynamic
and active department of Vilasrao Deshmukh Foundation, Group of
Institutions, Latur.
Electronics and Telecommunication engineering has made a
significant contribution to the world; we live in and enjoy
today. Because of this field's rapid development, people
everywhere may connect in no time.
The foundation upon which computer engineering and information
technology are expanding is electronics. All computers and
high-speed networks run on hardware created by electronics
experts.
With the aid of top-notch infrastructure, cutting-edge
laboratory tools, and most significantly, highly skilled and
experienced teaching staff, the department is doing extremely
well. The E&TC department is extremely concerned with upholding
academic integrity, curricular prerequisites in the form of
expert lectures, seminars, industrial visits, sponsored
projects, in-plant training, and micro-projects in each subject.
Through these activities, all students and teachers develop a
strong rapport that makes it easy for them to talk openly about
their difficulties.
Department set up a students' Association GETS (Galaxy of
Electronic and Telecommunication Students) to provide an
opportunity for students to take part in various activities as
well as learn more about their leadership abilities when
organizing different events and overall personality development.
Sincerely, and with best wishes,
PROF. HONRAO S. B.
