Goal
To put up MCOERC, predominantly dominated by rural area, as one of the best Engineering College in India in terms of Job, Placement and potential technical skill hub.
Objectives
- To enhance the employability of the students to suit the industry perspective and to achieve their socio economic growth.
- To train students to achieve 100% placement through dedication, optimistic approach, and complete participation.
- To assist the students to plan for their potential career, aim setting which will develop them in good standards even after getting the job as a continuous process.
- To motivate interested students to prepare for higher studies and guiding them to take competitive examinations such as CAT, GATE, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, MPSC, UPSC, and IELTS.
- To interact with the industry through seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, Corporate Meets, etc.
- To Identify the needs and expectations of the companies to assist them in recruiting the most suitable candidates.
- To engage Corporate and Industry participation in terms of Internship, Projects which facilitate Campus Recruitment.
- To conduct entrepreneurship awareness camps, entrepreneurship development programs to inculcate the entrepreneurial culture.
- To act as a link between students, alumni and the employment community.
