Department of civil engineering is a synergistic product of many tactical minds. A team of 10 teaching staff member under the leadership of PROF. Shraddha H.Patil consistently connects its Potential in technical, industrial and global all aspects to take the department to greater heights. The diploma in civil engineering started in the istitute from the academic year 2009-10.We offers three years diploma course in civil engineering approved by AICTE affiliated to MSBTE and recognized by DTE with the intake of 60 students for first year. With intake of 60 looking at the global and technical development in civil field. Department has separate departmental library consisting of more than 60 titles for in-lab reference to the students. For students as well as staff, the department regularly arranges Seminars, Workshops by industry, corporate experts. To enhance the abilities and understand the technical applications, various industrial visits and vocational training conducted regularly for students. The department has 7 major laboratories namely surveying lab, mechanics lab, mechanics of structure lab, geotechnical lab, public health engineering lab, concrete technology and AUTO-CAD lab. Each lab consists of adequate equipment to conduct the practical required to be conducted in the diploma course.

Civil Engineering is professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction, & maintenance of physical and naturally build environment including works like road, bridges, canal, dam & building. Civil Engineering take place in public sector from municipal to national government & in private sector from individual to international companies.
